Ever hear of "Choc" Beer?
I remember hearing about this about 10 years ago. I found some at a local gas station last night, so I picked up a 6-pack. There's a website listed on the packaging, www.chocbeer.com, but I haven't been able to get the website to load (dialup sucks vulture butt!).

It's a locally-made beer here in OK. I found it to be very flavorful. The only really odd thing about this beer is that it's unfiltered. The beer is a little hazy, and you'll notice yeast settled on the bottom.

Interesting beer. It's a true unfiltered beer. The website is highly interactive and would be really slow on a dial up. It seems to be quality small batch beer. It's fermented twice. they add yeast to the bottles..

It's got a pretty good flavor. I'd like to try making a beer batter with it, and frying up some shrimp and/or catfish.
