Nov 9, 2008 #2 babetoo Chef Extraordinaire Joined Dec 14, 2007 Messages 14,336 Location escondido, calif. near san diego on the foreman grill i close the lid. you might also pound the breast a bit so it is even in thickness, it will cook better. also believe them when they say it is done, i know it seems like a short time, but they are cooking on both sides at a time.
