Have any of you every made bowls from Romano or Parm Cheese for salad? It is quite easy. With a non-stick saute pan, take two or three heaping tablespoons of grated cheese. Place in the saute pan (no oil) and spread evenly in a circle. Remove from the pan when completely melted, place over the bottom of a cereal bowl, shape with flutes and allow to solidfy. Place on a salad plate and serve salad in it. It makes quite a presentation. Your company gets to eat to the salad bowl as well as the salad. Let your imagination soar. You can serve a veggie or other sides in these bowls. Pasta and meatballs, place the meatballs in the bowl and serve as a side with the sauce over them. :chef:

You can also do 6-8 at one time on a cookie sheet with parchment paper. However, you have to work really fast to shape them as they harden.
