Recipe Review: Ice Cubes

Reminds of when I was a young'un!
Back in them days we had to heat our water on the wood stove to wash dishes and such.
It was kinda rough...especially in the winter time.
I recall one particular winter that was extremely cold.
It was so cold that when we threw the dish water out the back door,
it froze so fast that the ice was still warm.
 
"I made a few adjustments...... used a pot instead of trays. boiled instead of freezing. Added salt, potatoes, carrots and beef to the water. It turned out more like soup instead of ice cubes. Next time I will make a few more adjustments to try and get this recipe to work for me."

This might be my favorite so far, I think every recipe has a review like this where the author is having difficultly with a recipe, since making a whole bunch of changes, :LOL:
 
I'll be showing this to my youngest who can make amazing baked goods but struggles with making ice cubes.
