I am new to the community, but well known in my kitchen!

Hello all I am a Canadian hobby chef. I have worked many years in the food industry, had banked hrs upon hrs to write the chef exam and lost all my hrs twice due to miss managed establishments. Now I cook only for my family and friends. I can cook pretty much anything, and love to flavour blend. I invent recipes and dishes that go over well all the time, and admittedly have very few fails. I have failed and refuse to let that stop me... I scrap it and start over... Yes maybe a slight bit Ocd lol but I run a clean kitchen. I am looking forward to meeting new people and fellow cooks and chefs. Maybe swap and share some recipes along the way. I have 6 kids, I'm happily married, so say hello make a friend... Till then enjoy life.
