Assistant Cook
My names Joe and I'm an avid cook, I've been cooking for many years indoor and out. At my house the kitchen is mine but my preference is outside I have 3 smokers, 2 weber kettles and a large 2 burner camp stove with a flat top griddle and pizza oven all out back in my smoke shack complete with outdoor television. 
Sounds like you have a really nice set-up there!
