Nothing too exotic. Just moved to make biscuits. This is the third time I've used my latest recipe and they turned out perfect...again. Yeah!!!
Did I miss the recipe?


PSSSSSSSST I have been feeling the need for your black devils food cake. LOL
 
Rosemary/Olive Oil loaves for pot roast sandwiches. Oh, they smell good!

Fresh Mozzarella, fresh tomatoes and fresh basil leaves...the basil goes on once the pizza is baked. Yuuuuuum

or

It's a half-baked pizza made by someone who has been taste testing the tequila all morning....

I brush the crust with olive oil and sprinkle chopped fresh basil on the crust. Then I add this slices of plum/Roma tomatoes and top with sliced fresh mozzarella. The tomato and cheese keep the basil from burning and the pizza has a nice aroma of basil when it comes out of the oven.

That looks amazing!!:yum::yum: Every friday night it is tradition that we have pizza. During lent we don't eat meat. I know what's for supper friday night this week! Thank you!:)
 
Mini Pumpkin Pie

I used the standard recipe for one 9" pie on the back of a small can of solid pumpkin. I used my pastry crust recipe for a 2 crust pie. The crust and pie filling made 8 mini pies.

To serve I slid them out of the pie plates with no problem. That is a small 6 1/2" dessert plate it is on. I left this one in the pie plate to take the picture.
