Delish sounding dinners as usual, all!
I decided to have the pork chop tomorrow, and build a taco salad for this afternoon's dinner instead. Oh my, that was so good.
Iceberg and romaine lettuce, ground beef seasoned with Arizona Dreaming, black beans, corn cut off the cob, grape 'maters, green onions, fried corn tortilla strips, cilantro, and crumbled Cotija cheese. Topped with ranch dressing with a little adobo sauce mixed in
- just enough for a nice spicy bite.
I forgot to add the Cotija until after I took the pic.
