I'm makiing Mark another pork chop, just preparing it a different way. There is one more from the pack I took out to thaw yesterday. I freeze them like that... in two or three chop servings. That way I can take out what I need.
To save time, I cooked myself a small seasoned chicken breast last night and cubed it. That will be part of my dinner. Either in soup or chicken salad.
