I just got a new microwave/convection oven. My microwave died on the same day my food processor did. :sad: I think that they wanted to go to appliance heaven together. I know how to use a microwave but I have never had a convection oven before let alone a combo. Is there some conversion...

I have a friend on the Cat Site who posted a question about using something other than almonds or almond paste to make marzipan. Okay, I think that it wouldn't be marzipan without almond paste, but she is a nice cat person. She hangs them on her Christmas tree so they have to be the same...
