I started the Carne Asada to marinade a few days ago and made some fresh Pico de Gallo this morning. My Avocado feels pretty ripe now, I bought that back on Friday. I have some Radishes ready for the choppin', along with some lettuce and fresh Limes. I have my fresh Flour Tortillas from the Carniceria that I had frozen a few weeks back.
