This recipe makes one cup of delicious Ginger, Cardamom and cinnamon tea. This tea is delicious and very cleansing. The tea is very quick and easy to make at about overall 5 minutes including the preparation.
Ingredients:
- 2-3 thin slices of fresh Ginger
- 3 mixed sized cardamom pods (dried)
- A small amount of cinnamon stick, around 4 cubic centimetres
- Boiling water
- Honey (optional)
- Sugar (optional)
Directions: lightly crush the ingredients (very lightly). Then put ingredients in a small to medium cup and pour the boiling water into the cup with the ingredients. Finally let it steep to taste, adding sugar or honey as you see fit.
Enjoy. I came up with this recipe this morning while i was looking for something different to drink. I am a big fan of asian flavours so i threw together this! hope you like it
