I wanted to make a shake tonight. I thought to myself that a chocolate shake would be good, but didn't have any chocolate, sugar-free ice cream. So I loaded the mini-blender (holds about 20 oz.) with Blue Bunny sugar-free vanilla, to which I added about 4 tbs. sugar-free Swiss Miss, and a squirt of Mio Energy Black Cherry flavor. Add to that enough milk to half fill the blender and let her rip. It was smooth and creamy and tasted like a chocolate covered Cherry. In short, it was a very tasty shake. In the words of an ancient commercial, try it, you'll like it.
