Ken, I'm not sure why you posted this on a pasta thread, but if you want to discuss Southern Indian foods, we should start another thread, as I don't want to hijack this thread - I could chat all day about Indian cooking, and southern Indian is my favorite (with Goan a close second). Curry leaves are an essential ingredient, which is why I have a curry tree in my garden!Last week I have tried the south Indian like crispy dosas, Fish curry, Idli sambar. All dishes are tasty and mouth watering and made with special ingredients. I am here to tell that try these South Indian dishes.
