just checkin in ..........I love my zester......wouldn't use anything else.....actually it's more of a rasp than anything else and really gets the job done........if you really are adventuresome and your feet aren't swollen you can zest a whole bunch of lemons that are on sale and freeze the "zest" in water placed in ice cube trays....I then place the zest cubes in freezer bags and use when needed..you can do the same with the lemon juice.......
of course you could sit down but it's hard for me to do that.....I'm not overly tall and my kitchen table is big..........it's easier for me to stand, LC
i feel awkrad sitting and cutting. zesting. I usually dont need much and im standing when i cook so I havent tried it sitting.
whatever - zested = microplaned = grated.
