I have been wanting to try the flexible bakeware. Today I found this pan for 75% off (cost me $3.74 ), so I decided to get it and give it a try. I envisioned making a cake in it.
Now that I get it home and start thinking about it, I'm not sure it is for a cake. I'm thinking now it's for gelatin or something else. I don't know. It has a decorative pattern in the bottom of the pan so that when the cake/whatever is flipped out, there should be decor on top. But then won't icing cover that all up? Do you put something into the decorative indentations before filling it with cake mix, or is it just not a cake pan at all?????
As you can clearly see, I am NOT a baker .
