Hi,

I'm thinking of opening a floating dinner restaurant serving a seven-course Hassidic Shabbat dinner on a boat cruising on the local canal in London.
It would be a chance to experience traditional dishes prepared according to Jewish law and spend quality time with friends and family in a tranquil atmosphere and unique vibe.
Is this something that would interest you? You don't have to be jewish to enjoy the experience, I'm targeting those that are always on the lookout to try different cuisines and experiences and are willing to pay for it. If so how much would you be willing to pay £70-£110? £110-£160? (Per Person)
Any thoughts, suggestions and advice are welcome

Thank you,

All the best,

Dee

A resort area near me offers a 2 1/2 - 3 hour luncheon and dinner cruise, on a local lake, at a base price of $59.00/person.

I would think that a similar cruise would be at least three to four times higher in and around London.
