I made this last year and again today.
Simple, good so I figured I'd pass it on.
Very strong garlic flavor if mixing it into room temp or cool pasta
Mixing it into warm pasta or cooking it a bit definitely takes the bite out of it.
I made a pasta and broccoli with the Scape pesto.
Cooked the pasta until almost done
Tossed the already cut up broccoli pieces in with the pasta last minute or so.
Drained
Quick rinse, the put back in the pot with , added the scape pesto a little S & P , mixed and ate.
Not sure if it will freeze or not ( the pesto) so I placed a little bit in a container to test, which actually reminds me that I never checked on that stuffed mushroom that I was testing to see how it froze and reheated. Gotta go searching for it
