Chicken Greek ( easy and good)
1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 Tbsp. dry white wine
2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. each: salt and black pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced ( I always add more)
2 lb. boneless skinless chicken pieces
COMBINE all ingredients except chicken in large bowl. Add
chicken; mix well Cover and put in refrigerate for
at least 4 hours or
overnight to marinate.
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Place chicken in shallow baking pan. ( Throw away extra marinate.)
BAKE 50 to 55 min. or until chicken is cooked through.
