it goes well in a thick pita with hummus and charcoal grilled chicken breast.
it somewhat sweet and very tasty.
without hummus it's not that appealing.

i like it so much and it reminds me childhood. the one in the picture is better quality than those usually in the shops

I like the look of the humus, nice and creamy, seems like a lighter texture than what I usually see.

Do you know what the salad consists of? It also looks interesting. I can see them together but I can't seem to taste it! :D
 
red bell peppers, onions, tomatos, parsley, oil and spices [perhaps garlic too. i'm not sure]

here is a recipe in hebrew

there are many kinds of high quality hummuses here but people buy mostly cheap low quality stuff from the supermarket..
