You would really need a large quantity of seeds to do this ...
Throw the seeds and some vinegar (5% acid) into a food processor or blender and let it rip for about 30 seconds. Put into a sauce pan, bring to a boil, cover and remove from the heat and allow to come to room temp. Pour into a sterile jar/bottle and allow to sit for 3-8 weeks at room temp.
Obviously - the more seeds and the less vinegar the hotter it will be (less diluted).
