Italian Meatballs?
2lbs lean ground beef,seasoned with s&p and basil
Ground Turkey,Chicken,veal works just as well.
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
2 egg yolks plus an (additional 2 well beaten,set aside)
1 slice of bread
2 cup soft bread crumbs
Mozzarella cheese cut into small chunks
1/2 cup Olive oil.
Preheat your oven @350

Mix in a large bowl the beef,seasonings,Worcestershire sauce,egg yolks,bread.When done shape them into large meat balls.
Put 1 chunk of cheese into the center of each ball.Reshape it making sure to close that seam.
Take your beaten eggs that you set aside earlier,and roll the meatball into,it needs a good coat.Then roll it again into the soft bread crumbs.
Do that until they are all completed.
In a large pan warm up the olive oil.Add the breaded meatballs into the pan.Cook on medium heat.Turning occasionally to brown on all sides.The coating will come off if they are turned too soon.It should only take 10 min or so to cook.
When done remove them to a a baking pan.
Bake them in the oven about 20 min.Or until the meat is thoroughly cooked.
