What'cha Eatin' ?

I used some of the leftovers from Monday (ild i røret - fire in the pipe/tube) to make soup. That was delicious. It was a fair bit spicier/hotter than when we originally had it. There seem to be enough leftovers for another two meals for us. This will definitely be part of the rotation. I served it with bread. DH had whole grain wheat and I had whole grain rye.

Busy day here too - was almost a chips & wine supper but didn't have any chips! So defrosted some shrimp, opened the fridge and just started grabbing. Chopped and threw on the griddle with a smidgen of soya sauce. Expected it to be edible but not really good. So imagine my surprise when it turned out delicious!

Sweet Red Pepper, mushrooms, carrot, scallion, left-over sticky rice (sliced, lol) with some Roma tomato on the side.
