I don't eat meat, but my SO's a hunter, so he does!
Here's a really easy, good venison recipe. When I ate meat we had this A LOT.
Take your venison tenderloin and marinate it in Paul Newman's Italian dressing for a few hours. Take it to the grill and grill it. Slice and serve with rice and a veggie.
Has anyone ever had venison made into "pepper sticks"? They are kind of like a fresh slim jim. They were so good I used to eat them until I thought my stomach would explode! I think you have to take the meat to a butcher so they can season and cure it or whatever they do.
I'm told that Watkins meat magic is really good on venison and wild game. It's supposed to seal in the meat's natural juices.
