I love baking bread and just found this site. I’m looking for any cool bread recipes anyone might have.

We have a lot of amazing bakers here. I am sure you will fit right in and am looking forward to hearing what you bake.

I love bread baked in the pan di mie. When I make it, I use a recipe for it from the King Arthurs website....but I'm not an adventurous baker....actually, I am not a baker....but can fake it from time to time!
