Cauliflower wings with sweet savory stir fry sauce.
Then I made apple/cabbage/onion kim chi, but looking at recipes, some call it slaw.
Bucky--maybe my kimchi is more like korean slaw lately. It's delicious, fresh, crisp, sweet and savory, goes with everything.

Yesterday, I got a yearning for basil, when I was fooling around with the baskets in my hydroponics. So I took out a bunch of my frozen cherry tomatoes, to thaw and make a batch of the raw tomato sauce I make for pasta, countless times every summer. This was the basic type, without many of the extras I often add, though I did cook some chickpeas, to fill up some space with. Not quite as good as summer tomatoes, but better than anything from stores. And amazingly, that Estonian Red garlic is still good, since July.
