Debbie, here are 2 "Tried & True" great tasting sparerib & country-style rib recipes.
Catalina-Barbecued Ribs
3-4 lbs. Country Style Pork Ribs
1 cup Barbecue Sauce
1 cup Catalina Salad Dressing
Heat oven to 325 degrees.
Spray the bottom of a 13x9x2-inch baking pan, with a no-stick vegetable oil cooking spray.
Place ribs inside the pan.
Bake in oven (uncovered) for 1 hour.
Turn ribs over, and bake 30 minutes more.
Remove pan from oven; drain off excess grease.
Turn oven up to 350 degrees.
In a small bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce and catalina dressing.
Add one-fourth of the sauce inside the baking pan.
Place ribs back in pan.
Pour remaining bbq/catalina dressing over the ribs.
Cover pan with lid or aluminun foil.
Bake for 1 hour.
Remove pan from oven; spoon thick barbecue sauce over ribs before serving.
Enjoy these delicious ribs!
Note: Normally I only pre-bake country style ribs for 1 hr in a 325 degree oven,
but since these ribs were so meaty, I baked them for 1 hr & 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine the next nine ingredients in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Reduce heat, and simmer the sauce for 15 minutes; stirring occasionally.
Remove ribs from the baking pan; drain off excess grease.
Return ribs to the baking pan.
Cover ribs with the maple flavored barbecue sauce.
Bake, (uncovered) for 35 minutes; basting occasionally.
Yield: 6 servings.
