Hi
I'm new to this forum so thought I would say hi! I'm going to have a really quick fondue for dinner - it's ready in 15-20 minutes! All you need to do is make some holes in the top of a camembert, and push in some fried bacon bits (or pancetta cubes if you can get some) and some dried cranberries. Put the lid of the wooden box back on and stick in a medium oven for 15 minutes, and it's all done. You'll get lovely, melting cheese and you can dip in bits of bread, or cooked potatoes.
It's not the healthiest meal, but it's great winter comfort food.
