Sauce for Wild Mushroom Ravioli

Hi to all...I'm new to this site. My name is Debbie. I discovered this site while looking for a low fat vegetarian sauce to put over wild mushroom raviloi's. Does anyone have something? I am not very creative so any idea will help.

I would just do browned butter, perhaps with a little sage and top with toasted pine nuts for texture.

I am sure others will chime in with a wide variety of answers, so stick around.

A beurre noisette would be delicious, but for low fat you might want to do a tomato based pasta sauce.
