Sometimes I need to leave the baking to someone else!

Hey All,
My second attempt at the pound cake was great. We had it for dessert last night. I served it with ice cream. I discovered a new flavor at our Publix here in FL. It's called Blueberry Pie, vanilla (lite) ice cream smirled with blueberries and with chunks of pie crust. Both together were awesome.

Hmm, Alix, you got me! yeah, sometimes I don't read the whole thread! Ouch! this is why I usually avoid baking things. Now I know to continue to avoid that!
