Spicy Potato Soup
1 pound lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
4 cups chicken broth
2 (14 oz.) cans tomato sauce
3 baking potatoes, cooked, peeled and cut into chunks
2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper
hot pepper sauce to taste
In large soup pot, brown ground beef with chopped onion. Drain well if needed. Add chicken broth, tomato sauce and potatoes. Add salt, pepper and hot sauce and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until ready to serve.
