We had a small celebration for my daughter's birthday and meal times got a little scrambled. So we just had a quick dinner. I had scrambled eggs with sausage links and an english muffin. SO had an english muffing with cream cheese and a salad.

We're having Ralph, our one pot dish of ground beef, Lipton's Chickon Soup, hreated carrot, slice celery, and chopped onion. It sounds weird, but tastes great.

We had Corn (on Cob), the most amazing huge (almost 1/2 lb) burgers, salad.

A huge chocolate birthday cake with homemade vanilla ice-cream.

All in celebration of me having had birthed a son 45 years ago today.

Dear daughter added a few items to her Ralph that really took it over the top. Grated carrot, sweet baby peas, Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage, ground elk, and lots of black pepper made a perfect ballance of savory, sweet, and umami. The only issue I had with it was that it" better than my version.

Roasted marinated lamb (lemon, garlic, and oil), mashed red & yellow potatoes, string bean salad, and lemon pan gravy. Strawberry shortcake for dessert (no picture).

Went D&SIL's for BBQ.
Grandson grilled chicken thighs and tritip.

Daughter was gifted a nice charcuterie board for Mothers day so, I took a pic of that.

Jeannie and I went home to chocolate frosted banana cake for dessert.
