Lemon-garlic roasted pork loin, buttered green peas, followed by lemon cobbler.

Haven't made this cobbler before, but Glenn loves any things lemon. It was seriously easy to make and turned out great. Will report back on how it tasted.

For anyone interested, here's a link to the recipe: https://kitchenfunwithmy3sons.com/wprm_print/56866?utm_source=pocket_mylist.

I see possibilities for other canned pie fillings, with some adjustments for the extracts. I like to tinker.

We ordered from our favourite Indian resto. We had chicken tikka, chicken 65, onion bhajis, lamb samosas, and roti (a wholewheat flat bread). It was all very good.

We went to a birthday party for Kathleen's godson today, he turned 3.

We are tired and hungry back at home so we ordered chinese food. It's a meal.

I wanted tuna salad, but I was looking for a new version of tuna salad After a ringing endorsement on The Kitchn for Martha Stewart's recipe, I decided on that one. When we first sampled it, it tasted a bit plain. I added a bit more lemon juice, a bit of dry mustard, and a shake or two of paprika - much better, especially after chilling a little. I heated up some leftover potato wedges from yesterday, too. We had salads first, though.
