Tonight (Monday) I made a leafy supper salad. I put tuna, hard cooked eggs, and feta as proteins. There were also olives, capers, tzatziki, taramosalata, (both from a Greek resto order), and ranch inspired dressing. It made a nice change.
Yesterday was my late sister's birthday - she would have been 65. One of her favorite meals was beef tips & gravy over rice with sweet peas. My cousins and I had that meal in remembrance of her. Grapes for a fruit, and her favorite 18-layer chocolate cake for dessert.
