At first, I thought the dark food to the bottom right of the corn was more mushrooms! Actually, that would have worked for me, too.

@Cooking Goddess, I try to make our plates more veg than protein.
Sometimes, DH doesn't notice... this is how he lost 95 pounds and didn't seem to notice...
now we can indulge a bit more than in the past couple of years... duh...again he doesn't notice

it was 97 degrees today, but the evenings are really starting to cool off! try the baby heirloom tomatoes from Trader Joe's while they're around, DH says they're really good.
