Yeah, it is amazing what it makes the food I fish out of the dumpster look like. Now that I have better equipment I need to improve on my skills.

Shrimp in garlic/butter/white wine sauce with brown rice and steamed asparagus.

We're going out for "date night". We're going to one of our favourite, local (walking distance) restaurants, Casa Grecque. Looks like they are having a shrimp festival and a special on scampi, so I will probably have shrimp or scampi. It's bring your own wine. Yay, I get to drink more than one glass, 'cause we're walking.

I had the scampi and salad bar. It was good. So was the wine we brought. I got pleasantly tiddly

We had Carnitas and Cheese Enchiladas with Spanish Rice and a green salad.
