Tuesday's Supper on the 11th of April

Different but very yummy.
Shrimp, mushrooms, snow peas, sweet red pepper, scallions done in a quick fry and then doused with Garlic Honey. Served on rice.

We're have pizza and salad! The pizza dough is on the counter, doing what it needs to do. I'm thinking Mushroom and Fontina with a garlic sauce, for the pizza. I'll make a Caesars Salad too.

Dinner was strawberries with a little sugar and orange liquer over vanilla ice cream, with whipped cream on top. Some extra whipped cream because I have to share with pugs.

Roast beef sandwiches and pasta salad.

We had a produce basket delivery today. I heated some chicken samosas that came with that delivery. I cooked some vegis (corn, broccoli, green beans, carrots, and peas from the freezer, as well as some onion, spinach, rainbow chard, and wilted lettuce leaves). I served the vegis in a sauce made from Madras curry paste and sheep's milk yogourt. We really enjoyed that.

Cheese Tortellini on the bottom of the bowl, followed by sautéed Kale, Mild Italian Sausage and a boatload of grated Cheese - on the side something I haven't bought in a million years - Garlic Cheese Twist Bread Sticks.

ww toast w/avocado and tomato mushroom sauce, onion and lentil cold salad, crustless pumpkin pie with cherry puree/jam.

We had smothered nuked potatoes, completely covered with chopped fresh steamed broccoli, a bit of diced ham, and mozzarella cheese. A side dish of cut up baby Campari tomatoes with Hawaiian black salt.

Decided to throw some store-bought chicken nuggets into the mix...and ranch sauce for same. It was a very good meal and no leftovers!
