Okay, I know this is going to sound odd, but...
I've been using leftover bernaise sauce as mayo. Worse, still... I had it on a yeast roll with butter only this morning. It was absolutely delicious!! Does anyone else have some unconventional ways of using sauces that perhaps we haven't thought of?
