We had a VERY orange plate for our supper this evening
Boar's Head Sweet Slice Ham cut thick from the local deli counter with some Hickory Farms Sweet & Hot Mustard to dip it in
Steamed Carrots tossed with Butter and Herb de Provence
(ssssh don't tell DH, he claims to dislike butter )
Baked firm & diced with jackets off, Sweet Potato (we don't care for mushy Sweets Potatoes)
And we'll finish off the Jumbo Chocolate Dipped Strawberries for dessert later
I had a minor surgery last Friday so have been at the mercy of others (Frank) to feed me. Fortunately he was taught to make the very best sausage gravy. Tonight, we had biscuits and gravy.
