Just found this forum searching for meatloaf cooking temperature a few days ago, and it's right up my alley. I look forward to adding to this rich community.
In short:
I am fortunate enough to make a living as an artist, despite degrees in law and political science.
I love cooking, am good at a select few dishes, and am adept at following a recipe, so long as said recipe doesn't require a microwave or a food processor, because I don't own either.
I'm 33, and will probably spend the rest of my life in Los Angeles because I love it.
My knives are sharp, my fire is hot, and my beer is ice cold.
