Haven't felt good enough to eat for the past couple of days, so I didn't cook. Himself cleaned up leftovers on Friday, and came home with some questionable food choices on Saturday, so I had no choice. Besides, had foods that

I sauteed shrimp in butter with
Spice House's Florida Seasoned Pepper and put them on top of polenta with ricotta and Parmesan. Cooked up two-week-old asparagus that looked better than some they sell in the grocery store. Tossed it with a pat of butter and some lemon zest. I tend to overbuy when something is on sale - good thing I know how to store it so it stays in shape.
