if you have any leftovers you can always chop the meat up and add some barbeque sauce and maybe a little water depending on how thick your barbeque sauce is, simmer in a pot for about 20 minutes and serve over heated buns (we like the sesame seed ones). I love slivered red onions on my sandwich, dill pickles, and a few sprinkles of Tabasco sauce. Delicious and quick.........sorta like Sloppy Joe's
