I baked BBQ pork spare ribs in the oven today for about 6 hours. I also made baked beans, and homemade mac and cheese. For dessert I made homemade peach cobbler in my dutch oven. We are about to have some with ice cream. Yum
Since poor husband got home late last night due to Friday traffic, we just had leftover "Farfalle with Gorgonzola, Arugula, & Cherry Tomatoes" from the other night, along with a package of Aidell's Artichoke & Garlic Chicken sausages. Fast, easy, delicious - always a weeknight criteria - lol!!
