Appletart, your dinner menu sounds wonderful. I skipped dinner tonight as DH and I were both stuffed after a sumptuous New Year Day lunch today prepared by me. We had Tom Yam seafood soup, Beef Wellington, grilled sausages, stir-fry leeks, Leek & Cheese Pie prepared by mil, and Vasilopita, traditional Greek cake with a coin hidden in it for good luck.
