    Canning BBQ Sauce

Thanks. Well...here's the story. <grin> I have 8 blueberries bushes and have picked and frozen over 30 pounds of berries from them and we are still picking. I was trying to work them out of the freezer and into the pantry.

    Canning BBQ Sauce

Hi there, I'm thinking of making my own bbq sauce. In particular Blueberry Chipotle. When I get ready to can, should I treat it the same as making blueberry preserves? Thanks, Belinda

Hi and thanks. I grow way too much basil & parsley; I was thinking of trying to market some of my excess Pesto to local Farmers Markets as a way to supplement our income. The same with my blueberry production. I just love blueberry BBQ sauce on any kind of pork. LOL. Belinda

Hello, I'm new to this forum. I'm just getting into canning and preserving the items out of our garden. I grow blueberries, strawberries & make my own Pesto with homegrown basil and parsley. :chef: I expect to learn a lot... Belinda
