Just a few of the dishes we have cooked.

Now this is a great post at a great time, I have a friend in from the Netherlands (who happens to be a chef) now also. Has has cooked a few very special dinners for us the past few nights and Sat is my turn. He has been all over the world cooking so this gets harder to make something special...

I use my chocolate sauce every morning in my coffee (hmmm I am drinking it now)...... I just started doing this in March when I came home from the Netherlands.

Not sure yet; However, I am sure it will have pork as the meat because I still have this whole pig to use up.

I just made a bowtie pasta dish for the kids that was ok. it was bacon and Chicken in a cheese sauce. Since I got this pig, I think I am putting pork in everything :)

I really like your thoughts and I must admit that I have just passed the 10 year mark in are marriage. She was never in to food and we are still working on that point. I agree with the friends, and Family points, but I am sure this would not be a Fiance' if that was not the case. With all...
