    That was the one! Great Chefs was a show that I really enjoyed! Also, bring back show like 'Melting Pot' with it's guess chefs including Padma back in the day!

    What makes your beef stew superb?

    I got this from Sylvia Porter's Soul Food Cookbook and it really works. A couple of dashes of lemon pepper seasoning during the last 30-40 minutes. When I do this, I can't stop eating the stew:smile:
