    2 tablespoons are an ounce or real close :smile: I got a little measuring glass at Walmart that comes in real handy. Has teaspoons, tablespoons and ounces, etc. marked on it.

    Tomatillos

    cool..thanks GG. the home we plan on buying has a nice little fenced in area that I planned on using as a veg garden. So, the end of summer and fall I'll be getting it ready for next season. I have never seen the plants at a nursery so I thought I would have to buy seeds..hope they have them...

    Yes there are different strengths. It mostly depends on the age of it.The older the more expensive and stronger.

    Have any of you ever grown tomatillos? I've gotten to where I like salsa verde more than regular salsa on a lot of things. So I was thinking about getting some seeds to grow some. Probably next year since we plan on moving in a couple of months. Any body have any tips?

    Beef Cube Steak And Gravy - REC

    I make cube steak often but with no breading and a brown beef gravy made from drippings, flour and beef broth and a touch of milk. One of my fav meals. Need to try Ol blues sometime soon. :smile:

    What exactly is "beef brisket"?

    lol..we rarely have corned beef briskets in the stores here..just plain old brisket. Usually come whole (cry o vac) or the flat ends.
