Smoking 2 butts for friends.

Used Big Ron's Hint of Houston on this 8# butt. Turned out great.

Chilie I kept the shoulder for myself and the butt went to a friend. I do nothing to the shoulder until after I pull it. Then I put my eastern NC sauce on it.

Man i want those grates. How do you like em?

Ribs were awsome and I will try to duplicate at my next comp. Grilling on the River in Columbus Ms. If you guy s are close you need to try and make this one.

Looks fine. I do something close as far as the sauce goes and everyone around here loves it. Bigwheel pretty much nailed that sauce recipe. Take it from someone that knows NC BBQ.

Man I' m wanting to do a tri tip and can not find one around here. I will be talking to the butcher at Kroger and see if he can hook me up. Broccoli recipe sounds great also. I can find the broccoli.
