    I used to use it for everything. I like it a lot better then beef actually. But we moved overseas almost two years ago and you can not find turkey here what so ever. I use ground lamb now instead of beef.

    I hate rice in a slow cooker it always is dry to me. As far as having grease in it all rice should but not to much maybe a few tablespoons.

    Sour Cream in Cake Mix

    I add yogurt to all my cakes and most of my other baking. I like it better then sour cream and it makes a moist recipe.
